Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for DOA coverage.

To file a DOA claim:

Provide your order number and a description of the issue

Include clear photos showing the damage or defect

Keep all original packaging and materials

DOA Resolution Options

For verified DOA claims, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Full replacement of the defective item at no charge

Full refund, including original shipping costs

Partial refund or store credit if appropriate for minor defects

We will provide a prepaid return label if the defective item needs to be returned. You will not be charged for return shipping on DOA claims.

Manufacturing Defects

If you discover a manufacturing defect after the 48-hour DOA window but within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We'll evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Damage from accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

Damage occurring during return shipment (unless using our provided label)

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, if not reported within 48 hours

Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Describe the defect and provide photos if requested

Follow the instructions provided by our team

Limitation of Remedies

The remedies described in this warranty are your exclusive remedies for defective products. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Time Limitations

All warranty claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
