Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines our cancellation procedures.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately:

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered our processing system. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement.

Order Cutoff Time Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day, which may provide additional time for cancellation requests.

Cancellation Fees There are no cancellation fees if we are able to successfully stop your order before it ships.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you have two options:

Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver the package

Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days of receipt

Both options will follow our standard Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that for standard returns (non-defective items), you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Check Order Status

If you're unsure whether your order has shipped, you can:

Check your email for a shipment confirmation with tracking information

Contact our customer service team for order status updates

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is successful before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Items That Cannot Be Cancelled

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. If you have questions about a specific order, please contact us immediately.
